Steps:
- Prepare all the ingredients, and soak the agaric and Xianglin Handmade Beancurd Sticks in advance
- Cut the soaked beancurd sticks into 1-inch segments and set aside
- Slice the mushroom and carrot into pieces
- Heat the cooking oil in wok over high heat. Add chopped garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add beancurd sticks, sliced mushroom, carrot and agaric and stir-fry for another 5-10 minutes
- Finally add certain amount of salt to adjust the taste
