Q1. How long to get the customer application approved? It is between 1 to 3 working days.
Q2. Is there a minimum order value? Yes. A minimum order value of $500 is required.
Q3. How do I get free delivery? Purchase order $1,000 or more for free delivery to Sydney and Melbourne Metro Areas. For other areas, delivery charge applies.
Q4: Can I do self-pick up from Rockman warehouses? Yes. Pre-arrangement is required.
Q5. What is the order dispatch time frame? Your order will be delivered 3 to 5 days after all your items are available to ship.
Q6. What is the payment term for new customer? It is payment in advance. Your account will be reviewed after 3 months of business dealing with us.
